.V ORDINANCE N0.2017-39 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1325.01 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES ADOPTING THE 2017 OHIO PLUMBING CODE WHEREAS, at this time, due to the updates to the Ohio Plumbing Code by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, it is deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to amend Section 1.325.01 to adopt the updated Plumbing Code that becomes effective November 1, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of Mayfield Village, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, that: SECTION 1. That Section 1325.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: 1325.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE. Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village of Mayfield, the Ohio Plumbing Code, effective November 1, X1.2017, being Chapter 4102.2-56 to 69 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC)., ~~-~° ~~a °°~°r* ~** SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village Codified Ordinances not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of Mayfield Village. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
