~~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />_ Village of Mayfield Village <br />September 23, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session on Tuesday, September 23, 1975 at 9:50 P.M. pursuant <br />to written notice by the Mayor, and sent to all Councilmen on <br />September 17, 1975. Council President, Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent None <br />Also present were Mayor Leech and Mr. Byrnes <br />Ordinance 75-29, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT <br />OR ISSUANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS WITHOUT ADVERTISING FOR THE <br />ERECTING OF A BRICK BUILDING, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was <br />introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Schulte; seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-29. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 899, entitled; "A RESOLUTION MODIFYING RESOLUTION 896 <br />DECLARING A NECESSITY TO RENEW BY LEVY A TAX IN EXCESS OF THE TEN <br />MILL LIMITATION", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Prager made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 899,E <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken. <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
