J u~ P~IINUTLS OF SPECI~'1L I•Ii:~LTTNG OF COU:.ICTL Village of r~layfield August 18, 1977 The Council of the Vi11•age met in Special Session at the Village Hall on Thursday, Autust 18, 1977 at 7:35 P.t•~i. pursuant to special meeting notices delivered to all Councilmen on August 16, 1977. Council Pres- ident, Robert Grogan presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Ro11 Call: Present: r~essrs., Barclay, Benn~t-L-, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte Absent: i~Tone Also present Caere: i~dayor Beebe and blr. P,elic. i•~3r. Grogan said one of the residents had requested permission to speak. i4r. I•Iathew Hatchadorian, 1018 titi?oodlane Dr. , stated that he was aslced by other residents in the Village to be their spokesman to e:~cpress their desire to keep the "flavor"~::of the Village residential. He said enough residents were concerned to take this action and asked Council to take this into consideration when they make a decision on Resolution 995. P•ir. Busa, seconded by I~ir. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes of July 11, 1977 with no deletions. Schulte, made a motion to confirm the Mayor's appointment of Iflr. Santo Basile as a member of the Civil Ser- vice Commission.
