MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />DECEMBER 16, 1968 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session at the Village Hall <br />on Monday, December 16, 1968, at 8:20 p.m., Mayor Busa presiding. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present - Mayor Busa, Messrs. Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Absent - Messrs. Comella and Fitz-Gerald. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, moved that the Minutes of the November 18, <br />1968 meeting be accepted as written. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Minutes Accepted. <br />Mr. Comella then entered the meeting. <br />Mr. Edelman presented the following Ordinances: <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, introduced Ordinance No. 1087, entitled: "An <br />Ordinance Accepting the Bid of Freyer Superior Coach Sales, Inc., for the Sale of <br />a:Police Ambulance." <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an <br />Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays -None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended. <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 1087 be approved and <br />passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, introduced Ordinance No. 1088,,. entitled:"An <br />Ordinance to-Provide for Transfer and Appropriation of Funds for Various Purposes <br />During the Year 1968." <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, moved that the rules of law requiring an <br />Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and'Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended'. <br />
