Y?7 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />April 12, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />AFril 12, 1982 at 8:17 p.ui. in the Village Hall. Council President, <br />Michael W. Spellma.n, presided. . <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Elag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs.,.Busa, Carmen, Etzler, Spellma.n, Mrs. Hanus <br />and Mrs. Bloom <br />Absent : Mayor Beebe, Mr. Flynn <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - Ma'r6h'15, 1982 - Council President Spellman <br />asked if there were any corrections to the minutes. <br />Council President Spellma.n stated that on page 12, first line, 82-5 should <br />read 82-17. <br />Mr. Busa stated the following corrections should be ma.de: <br />Page 2, fifth paragraph from the bottom of the page "...her objection was <br />that is has not..." should read "...that'it has...". <br />Page 3, 6th line down ...''lifht" should be ..."light". <br />Page 3, in the middle of the 4th paragraph, ..."unclassified" should be <br />"classif ied`r . <br />Page 4, "Mayor Beebe stated he has asked for a brief Executive Session <br />following this meeting." This was already stat.ed on.page three and should <br />not be repeated on page 4. <br />Page 13, last line, "aware" should read''''award". <br />Page 15, 6th paragraph, ..."suggested this be held until...".should read; <br />"suggested this be held up until...". <br />Page 16, 4th paragraph, "Council President Spellman stated that discussion <br />was held in Executive Session about hiring a Finance Director and the <br />disposition of Mrs. Ruggles." End the sentence after ..."Finance Director."
