3T <br />MINUTES OF.A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIZ <br />March.26, 1984 <br />Village of Mayfield <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />March 26, 1984, at 9:30 p.m. in the CounciT Chambers at the Vil.lage Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C..Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call.: Present: Mrs. Bloom, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, and <br />Goley <br />Absent : None <br /> <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Chief Stevens , <br />Mr. Etzler stated a bid was received for the damaged police car. <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to accept the bi.d for the <br />damaged police car iri the amourit of $975.00. <br />Rol1 Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />Oxdinance 84-23, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND <br />COMPENSATION FOR THE SERVICES OF THE DIRECTOR OF LAW, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First <br />Reading given 3/1/84.) <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. B1oom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate accasions.' <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />Ru1es Suspended <br />Mr. Go1ey, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to pass Ordinance 84-23. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11 <br />NAYS: Norie <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed
