65- <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />. Village of Mayfield <br />June 29, 1984 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Friday, <br />June 29, 1984, at 7:10 p.m. at the Village Hall. Council President, <br />Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mrs. B1oom, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, and Flynn <br />Absent : Mr. Goley <br />Mr. Etzler stated the Special Meeting was call.ed to discuss Resolution <br />$4-is. . <br />Resol.ution 84-15, entitled; "A.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN <br />APPLICAT_ION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANGE FROM THE FEDERAL LAND.AND WATER <br />CONSERVATION FUND ACT OF 1965 FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE BIKE PATH AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Garmen arid Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs..Bloom., made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Rol1 Call: AYES: All <br />' NAYS: Noiie Motion Carried <br />.. ' Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile,?seconcled by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to adopt ltesolution 84-15. <br />Mr. Etzler asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br /> <br />Roll Gall: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />There being no further business, Mrs. Bloom.made a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting at 7:20 p.m. There being no .objections, the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />
