? <br />? <br />MINUTES OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />January 5, 1981 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on <br />Monday, January 5, 1981 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br />Present Were: Messrs., Bennett, Busa, Carmen,rFlynn, Spellman, <br />Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask <br />. . . . . ''- <br />Absent Were: Mayor Beebe <br />Also Present: Dale Feneli <br />Mr. Bennett stated that Council must select a Chairman to open <br />the meeting, due to the Mayor's absence because of illness. He <br />also stated it is the Mayor's wish that the fact that he is ill <br />not appear in the newspaper. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to elect Mr. <br />Bennett as Chairman. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. <br />Hanus and Miss Trask. <br />NAYS: None <br />PASS: Mr. Bennett Motion Carried <br />Mr. Bennett elected Chairman. <br />Mr. Bennett then opened the meeting and stated that the first <br />order of business was the selection of a Council President and <br />asked for nominations. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, nominated Mr. Bennett. <br />There being no other nominations, nominations were closed. <br />Roll Ca31: AYES: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, <br />Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask. <br />NAYS: None <br />PASS: Mr. Bennett Motion Carried <br />Council President - Mr. Alan G.
