<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />1`dovember 16, 1981 <br />The Council of the Village of rvlayfield met in regular session <br />on Monday, November 16, 1981, at 8:02 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br />Council President, Lawrence J. Flynnz presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present: 11lesNrs., Busa, Cartnen, Etzler, Flynn, <br />Upellma.n, lirso?ianus and niiss Trask <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Beebe, Les Foltz, Steve Hovancsek <br />and Eloise Maynard <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Cill Marquardt, 6698 titi'i]_dwood Trail, stated that the trees <br />that were promised to be replaced on ti'Tildwood and Timberline <br />Trails by the end of October had not yet been replaced and <br />questioned what had happened. <br />Mayor Peeb2 exolained that we ha,d received a note from Sid Caplan <br />of Peoples Homes stating that he had incurred some personal <br />problems causing a delay but that he hopes to have the trees <br />available shortly. Mayor Beebe stated he felt it may be helpful <br />to the situation if the homeowners in that area would write a <br />letter to himself or the Big Four Lumber Company, as they were <br />assured when they purchased their property that trees would be <br />on the street. <br />Mr. n4arquardt questioned if legal action would be taken. <br />Mayor Beebe stated.that if something is not done within the month <br />he w.ill ask Mra Feneli to pursae the matter further. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - October 19, 1981 - Mr. Flynn stated <br />there being no objections, the minutes stand approved as written. <br />
