MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 4, 2000 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, December 4, 2000, <br />at 8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council <br />President Bill Marquardt presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz (8:10 p.m.), Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, <br />Mr. Marquardt, and Mrs.lVlills <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Hanculak, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens, Mr. <br />Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br />Council President Marquardt requested a motion to recess into Executive Session for <br />the purpose of discussing pending collective bargaining and litigation matters. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to recess into Executive Session to <br />discuss pending collective bargaining and litigation matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:02 pm. <br />Council reconvened at 8:46 p.m. <br />There being no further business, Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to <br />adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:46 p.m. <br /> <br />
