MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 19, 2000 <br />J <br />I' <br />_i <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Tuesday, December 19, 2000, at seven <br />o'clock (7:00) p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President <br />Bill Marquardt presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz (7:02 p.m.), Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, <br />Mr. Marquardt, and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mrs. Mills <br />Also Present: Mrs. Roman <br />Council President Marquardt said this special meeting is being held to consider Ordinance <br />2000-46 regarding the plan of operation for electricity aggregation. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-46, entitled; "An emergency ordinance adopting the Plan <br />of Operation and Governance for the Electricity Aggregation Program for the Village and other <br />members of the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Buckholtz arrived at this time. (7:02 p.m.) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2000-46. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Council President Marquardt requested a second reading of Resolution No. 2000-21. <br />
