~_ <br />MINUTES OF 'T'HE SPECIAL MEE'T'ING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Monday, November 3, 2014 - 8:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, November 3, 2014, 2014 at <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order at 8:36 <br />p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie <br />Mrs. Mills, Mr. Jerome and Dr. Parker <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Diemert, Chief Edelman, <br />Chief Carcioppolo, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Thomas, <br />Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Cappello, Mr. DiNardo, Mr. Esborn, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mr. Saponaro <br />1 <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name <br />and address. (The public is requested to limit their discussion to agenda items only). <br />i <br />i <br />There were no comments. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-24, "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />renewal of a political subdivision participation agreement with the Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio benefits regionalization program as and for employee health care and <br />hospitalization coverage." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2014-24. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion? <br />
