MINUTES OF THE ORGAIVIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Monday, January 13, 2014 - 7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session for their Organizational Meeting <br />on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Mayor Rinker called the meeting <br />to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz (7:20), Mr. Jerome, Mr. Marrie, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker and Mr. Delguyd <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Diemert, <br />Chief Edelman, Chief Carcioppolo, <br />Mr. Metzung, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Dinardo <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mr. Cappello, Mr. Esborn and Mr. Marrelli <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />. Administration of Oath of Office to Lillian "Patsy" Mills, Ward 2 Council <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Lillian "Patsy" Mills, Ward 2 Council <br />representative. <br />Administration of Oath of Office to Thomas J. Marrie, Council-At-Large <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Thomas Marrie, Council-At-Large representative. <br />Administration of Oath of Office to Stephen Jerome, Council-At-Large <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Stephen Jerome, Council-At-Large representative. <br />3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />There were no comments. <br />Mayor Rinker stated, there are students in the audience today who are present for school <br />government projects. The students introduced themselves and were welcome by Council. <br />Councilman Buckholtz arrived at the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
