MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 16, 2002 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, December 16, 2002, at <br />8:05 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill <br />Buckholtz presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills <br />Dr. Parker and Mr. Biter <br />Absent: Mr. Samac and Mr. Thomas <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Lt. Dearden, Mr. Diemert, <br />Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, and Mrs. Roman <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeti ~ of Council November 18, 2002 -Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Meeting; of Council -November 25 2002 - re Planned Residential Development - Mr. <br />Biter, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker said I am sorry I'm not sure of the exact ordinance number but I'd like to make <br />just a couple of comments tonight in advance of the meeting concerning Ordinance 2002-44 <br />which is the second step of legislation that is required (you will recall that there was a resolution <br />of intent and this is the ordinance that will authorize the Law Director to file petitions for those <br />properties for which we have not concluded purchase before the year is out.) and to recap them, <br />
