MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall — Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />Monday, February 3, 2020 — Immediately following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, February 3, 2020 <br />immediately following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President <br />Schutt called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mrs. Jurcisek, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Meyers, <br />Mrs. Mills, Mr. Murphy, Mr. Schutt and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Coyne, Mr. Wynne, <br />Chief Carcioppolo, Chief Matias, Mr. Marrelli, <br />Mr. Metzung, Mr. Marquart, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mr. McAvinew and Mr. Cappello <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />• Executive Session <br />Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Section 121.22(G)(4) <br />for a personnel matter relating to collective bargaining and benefits and <br />pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the <br />potential sale or purchase of real estate. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Section 121.22(G)(4) for a personnel matter relating to collective bargaining and benefits and <br />pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the potential sale or purchase <br />of real estate. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None <br />Council President Schutt stated, we will make a motion to reconvene from Executive Session. <br />There will be no voting. You are welcome to stay. The only item on the agenda after Executive <br />Session is adjournment. So besides Council, Mayor Bodnar, I would also like to have Ms. <br />Wolgamuth, Mr. Coyne, Mr. Wynne and Mrs. Betsa in Executive Session. <br />
