MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />err MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />Monday August 1, 2022 <br />Immediately Preceding Caucus at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayfield Village Reserve Hall -Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session preceding Caucus on Monday, August 1, <br />2022 at Mayfield Village Reserve Hall. Council President Schutt called the meeting to order at <br />7:00 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Arndt, Mrs. Jurcisek, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Meyers, <br />Mr. Murphy, Mr. Schutt and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta, <br />Mr. Cappello, Chief Carcioppolo, Chief Matias, <br />Mr. Marquart, Mr. McAvinew, Mr. Russell <br />Mr. Sipos, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Open Portion — For Public Comment (5 -minute limit imposed by Chair) <br />There were no comments. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-17, entitled, "An Ordinance Amending <br />Mayfield Village Codified Ordinance Section 351.03 Prohibited Standing or Parking <br />Place, to prohibit parking along the Aintree Park Drive cul-de-sac and correct the <br />spelling of Beech Hill Road." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First reading, July 18, <br />2022). <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any questions or comments regarding Ordinance No. 2022- <br />17? <br />Ms. Wolgamuth asked, Council President? <br />Council President Schutt replied, yes. <br />Ms. Wolgamuth stated, I would just like to point out to Council that I sent two letters from resident <br />George Hughes today. There should be copies of those letters at your seats. He sent letters opposing <br />the Ordinance. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Ms. Wolgamuth. Are there any other comments or <br />CW questions? <br />
