The enclosure is b rick <br />to match the building and is to be used for storage. Sinee addition <br />is on the rear,arid i:s constructed, the Commission decided not to send- <br />plans to the Arehitectural Board. Ghairman Burns read letter from <br />Mr. P. Brelo who complained about litter in his back yard, including . <br />hypodermic needles, which are thrown over his wire fence; and'is <br />requesting a solid wood fence behind the Fragapane buildingo Commis- <br />sion discussed fence with Mr. Engoglia and Councilmen Tallon and <br />Wilamosky. Mr. Engoglia has not discussed a fence with the owners <br />and eannot advise if they would be willing to construct one. It <br />was decided to foYward this to the BZD-Committee for their recommen- <br />dations regarding fencing. R. Bierman moved to approve tfie addition <br />to the rear of building at 28625 to 28645 Lorain Road and to suggest <br />that the BZD Committee review the screen aTong the west and south <br />property line eommeneing at a.point om the rear property line for <br />adequacy,. seconded by B. Building Commissioner Spino expl'ained that original request <br />for a curb. cut on Hickory Lane had been withdrawn,at the meeting of <br />Novemtier 25, 1986; plans were sutimitted!to the.Building Department <br />for the January 13th meeting, but were withd'rawn when it was deter- <br />mined that the driveway now shown on Lorain Road was non-conforming. <br />(less than 60' from intersection); seating plan, presented January <br />20th, showed 301 seats which would make the proposed parking for <br />125 cars non-conforming (some of those 125 spaces were not viable); <br />Fire Department later determined that the maximum seating must be <br />270. It was pointed out that no width of parking spaces is shown on <br />plans; that,at present, only 50 parking spaces in front of the build- <br />ing are paved; and house adjacent to Nightfall is on the same parcel. <br />Mr. Braun, attorney for the owner, stated that they will reduce the <br />seating, but pointed out when the building was a party center they ' <br />had approval for 301 seats and that no changes had been made to the <br />exterior of the building. He explained this will not be a rowdy <br />operation; no one under 21 will be allowed in; there will be attendant <br />parking and private security guards. on the premises; new site plan <br />will be submitted reflecting necessary changes; building has been <br />renovated to contain all sound; and only 12ght on property now is
