If this material is not satisfactory the <br />Board will have to study further. It is possible that, if this screening <br />does not work. they may have to place another type screening further <br />away from the dish. It was decided to have a special meeting on March <br />19th for both A. L. Williams and the Halleen requests and the adjacent <br />neighbors will be notified. Mr. Dumbrowski offered to consult with <br />the Board on the new ordinance. Mr. Schulz suggested allowing only a <br />mesh dish which is less visible, but Mr. Dumbrowski stated that these <br />dishes cannot be used in all cases, that niether A. L. Williams or <br />Halleen could use the mesh dish. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: (heard at this point) <br />B. Schulz moved to approve the minutes of January 22, 1987 as read, <br />seconded by R. Galloway and unanimously approved. <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: (resumed at this point) <br />Election of officers: <br />B. Schulz moved to nominate Mr_. Kazak as chairman, seconded by R. Galloway, <br />and unanimously approved. Mr. Kazak was elected chairman unanimously. <br />J. Kazak moved to nominate Mr. Schulz for vice chairman, seconded by <br />R. Galloway, and unanimously approved. Mr. Schulz was elected vice chairman <br />unanimously. <br />J. Kazak moved to nominate Mr. Spoerke as secretary, seconded by R. Galloway, <br />and unanimously approved.
