Board agreed that temporary repairs must be completed by <br />Thursday, August 27th (the next meeting date), and plans for major <br />renovations or possibley even a lease for the property must be presented <br />to the Building Department prior to January 1, 1988. Mr. Minotti agreed <br />to these stip.ulations. Mr. Minotti questioned if he could barracade-.the <br />property with posts and a chain sirice he has a prob lem with drivers <br />going through the property (property goes through from Lorain Road <br />to Dover Center Road.) and the large railroad ties that were placed to <br />prevent this have been moved. The Building.Commissioner will advise him <br />on this. R. Burk moved that the Board will grant a temporary stay of <br />the Demolition Order with the conditions that: a11 open pits or cisterns <br />an the property be filled, graffiti on building will be removed, doors <br />will be sealed, brick will be pointed and parapet repaired, if necessary, <br />and premises will be cleaned and maintained and that the above temporary <br />repairs will be completed by August 27, 1987 and that plans for permanent <br />renovations and/or a lease must be submitted to the Building Department <br />by January 1, 1988 or the Building Department will continue action on <br />the unsafe structure, seconded by D. Spoerlce, and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Minotti was adyis.ed to bring plans for some type of fence or chain <br />wh%ch will prohibit access to the property to the Building Department. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS: <br />The Board would like to know the status.of the revised ordinance regulating <br />disli-typesatellite signal receiving earth stations,which was referred to the <br />Legislative Committee of Council.
