MINUTES - MARCH 22, 1988. <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. <br />Present: M. Betts, R. Bierman, B. Gorris, J. Thomas, E. Traczyk, and <br />T. REVIEW AND.CORRECTION OF MTNUTES: ' <br />M. Betts moved to approve the minutes.:of the North Olmsted Pianning Commis- <br />sion meeting dated March 8,.1988 as submitted, seconded by J. Thomas, and <br />unanimously approve.d.. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />1) Lauren Hill P1aza,.24106 Lorain Road . <br />Proposal.to construct shopping center. (Variance granted by the Boarcl <br />of Zoning Appeals. January.6, :1988). Heard by Architectural Board of Review March 16, 1988.
