Boyer, Consulting Engineer
RE: Honor's Hotel Development -
This office has reviewed tfie Honor's Hotel Development traffic impact
on the surrounding area. It is felt that revisions are warranted at tliis time
regarding the traffic signal at the Great Northern/Country Club intersection.
The following recommendations should be incorporated into the developer's
improvement plans.
1. The mast arm on the nortfieast corner should be changed to match the
lanes of travel.
2. Traffic signal heads, 5-section,.both east and westbound with wiring.
3. Load switches, relays and two (2). traffic signal loop detectors.
This will-be a temporary solution to an existing--intersection problem.
Tntersection improvements will be addTessed with -the City Impr.ovement-Projects.
The next phase of development stiould address secondary access to the site.
Ingress/egress should be-provided by way of tfie Sears Entrance and/or Brookpark
Road curb cut.
'fI'1"to ? -
Thomas P..B.oyer, P.E.
