Conway <br />Building Commissioner <br />Re: GTE Mobilnet, Inc. <br />Application For <br />Telecommunications Facility <br />Gentlemen: <br />The purpose of our applicat"ion is to construct a cellular radio <br />telecommunications facility at the Westbury Apartment Building at <br />25151 Brookpark Road. This construction would consist of the <br />remodeling/retrofit of an existing tenant space on the top floor <br />(19th floor) of the building and the attachment of two (2) <br />antennas to the penthouse of the building.. In order for all parties to better understand some of the details <br />associated with our installation, the following specific topics <br />and their relative.discussions wi.ll attempt to assist your <br />consideration of our proposal. GTE Mobilnet, Inc: <br /> <br />GTE Mobilnet is a registered public utility with the licensing <br />as granted by the Federal Communications-Commission (FCC) and the <br />State-of Ohio to own and operate a cellular telephone . <br />communications operation. ." Purpose of Construction <br /> <br />The purpose of this construction is to install a cel.lular <br />telephone comidunications facility more commonly known as a"cell <br />site", which will consist of the installation of-transmit and <br />receive radio equipment and related HVAC, fire protection, <br />electric power supply equipment within the existing room space. <br />This cell site will be just one of,the many cell sites requiredto operate our system and is a necessary vital link as required <br />for a complete and efficient cellular telephone system.
