? -?, - CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS MINUTES - JUNE 23, 1988 I. ROLL CALL: Chairman Kazak called the meeting to order at 8:00 n.mo Presentt R. Burk and J. Kazak (no quorum) Also Present; Building Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. II. RE'VIE47 AND CORRECTTON OF MTNUTES: The minutes of April 28, 1988 cannot be approved until a q_uorum is present. III. CONLNNICATIONS: No items. IV. HEARINGS: 1) Al and Mary Blazis, Sublot 375 Wellesley Ave. Request permission to build house on permanent parcel 233-22-44 Wellesley ("C" District, minimum lot foot frontage). Hearing required by Ord. 2806 (Any house being built on a lot with a 50 foot front width or less requires the approval of the Board of Building Code Appeals). Mr. Kazak and Mr. Burk decided that they would review the proposal and then recess the meeting until they could have a quorum. Chairman Kazak administered the oath to Mr. and Mrs. Blazis. No neighbors were present. This proposal must come before this Board because the lot is 50 feet wide; all set backs and side lines conform to the Zoning Codes. Building Commissioner Conway explained that the prefabricated house is an industrialized unit and is approved by State Code. Neither Mr. Kazak nor Mr. Burk have any objection to the proposal. It was decided tenta- tively to meet on June 29th if a quorum can be present. Mr. and Mrs. Blazis were advised that they would not have to attend the meeting. I`4r. Kazak wi.ll contact the other members. V. OLD BUSINESS: Mr. Kazak and Mr. Burk questioned the requirement of Board approval on pro- posals on lots of 50 feet. They believe this approval should be automatic since these lots were subdivided prior the the adoption of the Zoning Codes. Building Commissioner Conway advised that an ordinance would have to be drafted to remove the requirement. VI. NEFI BUSINESS: No items The meeting was recessed at 8:20 p.m.
