Mr. Porter stated that he would also <br />take the future development plan to the Architectural Review Board so that <br />they can address the screening. Mr. McCloud was advised that he should <br />talk to Council pertaining to stopping all building in North Olmsted. <br />4) Pizzeria Uno's, 4900 Great Northern Mall (Heard at this point) <br />Exterior renovation to mall (formerly York's Choices). <br />Mr. Johnson, architect, and Mr. Alterick, General Mana;er, presented <br />photographs of one of the restaurants at another location and explained <br />that they will be constructing a 12 foot addition on the exterior of the <br />mall and the restaruant will have 199 seats. In reference to the parking, <br />it was explained that they will have fewer seats than York's had. Since <br />the restaurant will be open later than the mall there will be an exterior <br />entrance as well as the entrance through the commons. The awning shown on <br />the plan will not be lighted and the black plexiglass sign with gold leaf <br />lettering will be lighted with indirect lighting from the parapet. B. <br />Gorris moved to refer Pizzeria Uno, proposal for an exterior reno"vation to <br />the Great Northern Nlall to the Architectural Board of Review and to the <br />Safety Department for their input, seconded by M. Betts, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />3) Tony Roma's Pl'aza, Great.Pdorfhern Shopping Center (geard at this point) <br />Proposal to construct service screen. <br />Mr. Papandreas, Biskind Development Company, advised that the scored con- <br />crete block screen will be painted tan and will be constructed in steps <br />from 5 foot to 9 foot high and will not only conceal the trash compactor, <br />but a transformer as well. This area will be lighted. T. Morgan moved to <br />approve the proposal to construct a service screen at Tony Roma's Plaza, <br />Great Northern Shopping Center, seconded by B.
