' 'L Y <br />? j <br />PLANNING COMMISSION DECEMBER 12, 1989 PAGE 4 ,._-!-- , <br />along Great Northern Boulevard from Butternut Ridge Road to the northern- a <br />most point of this development; with the further understanding that the <br />City Forester will be kept appraised of the status of the decelopment of <br />this property to guard against the unnecessary destruction or removal of <br />any trees on this property; additionally it is this committee's under- <br />standing that a variance will have to be granted for the anproval of the <br />45 foot height of the two decorative steep chase towers which are to be <br />located on the east'ern and western extremes of the property and this <br />committee has no objection.to granting such a variance. While not at- <br />tempting to appear to give approval to above ground water retention, <br />this Commission approves of the water feature that is indicated on the <br />eastern boundary of the property, provided that it will be nroperly en- <br />closed with fencing as a safety measure. It is further understood that the Traff-Pro traffic study will be forwarded to BZD with the develop- <br />mental plans and should the BZD and/or Council determine that any type <br />of signalization or other form of control be warranted at this time, <br />that those costs will be borne by the developer, seconded by T.
