Request variance to have one less driveway <br />than required. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1161.09(a). Also request <br />variance to have second pole sign on property. Violation of Ord. 87-93, <br />Section 1163.06(b)4. <br />The request has been withdrawn by the developer. <br />2. R. P. Owsiak and M. A. Williamson, 23035 Virginia Ave. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 5 foot front set back variance for <br />addition. Violation of Ord, 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). Also request special <br />permit to add to non-conforming dwell'ing (front set back). Special permission <br />required Ord. 87-93, Section 1165.02. <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board.. The existing <br />dwelling is non-conforming and the addition will be non-conforming. The <br />Board has no problem with the request. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request <br />for a variance for a 5 foot front set back and a special permit to add to a <br />non-conforming dwelling for an addition at 23035 Virginia Avenue for R. P. <br />Owsiak and M. A. Williamson, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance and special permit granted. <br />3. Mary Kocsis, 25138 Linda Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 4 foot rear yard variance to install <br />patio awning. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Bugala called all inter.esCed parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Kocsis. The Board had no problems with the request. , <br />J. Helon moved to grant the request for a variance for Mary Kocsis at 25138 <br />Linda Drive, a request for a 4 foot-rear yard variance to install a patio <br />awning, seconded by J. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />4. J. and F. Cassidy, 24877 Linda Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 19 foot rear yard variance and 10 foot <br />side yard variance (corner lot) to install patio awning. Violation of Ord. <br />87-93, Sections 1135.08(a) and 1135.06(b). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Cassidy. Chairman Bugala pointed out that this property <br />backs up to commercial property and he can see no problem with the request. <br />R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for a 19 foot rear yard variance and <br />a 10 foot side yard variance for a corner lot to install a patio awning for <br />Mr. John Cassidy at 24977 Linda Drive, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously <br />approved. Variances granted. <br />5. E. and D. Foldesy, 26615 Leenders Lane <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 29 foot rear yard variance to construct <br />screened porch. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Foldesy. Chairman Bugal stated that this variance request <br />was substantial, but that this property does back up to commercial property. <br />Mr. Gomersall agreed. No neighbors were present. J. Helon moved to grant the <br />request for a variance for E. & D. Foldesy, 26615 Leenders Lane, the request is <br />for a 29 foot rear yard variance to construct a screen por.ch, seconded by R. <br />Gommersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
