Mr. Thomas <br />suggested that, at the very least, they could provide some convex <br />mirrors in order to avoid the blind spots. Mr. Papandreas stated that <br />they are aware of the problem and will be addressing it later. B. Gorris <br />moved to approve the Great Northern Plaza North proposal for exterior <br />renovations to the parking area contingent upon the approval of the 60 <br />foot parking modules by.the Board of Zoning Appeals with the recommenda- ' <br />tion that the variance be approved, seconded by J. Thomas, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />V. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Thomas will provide a rough draft of the proposed Mixed Use zoning classi- <br />fication at the next meeting. <br />VI. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Thomas advised he has received communications regarding the rear drive at <br />the Lauren Hills Plaza which was approved with restrictions which are not being <br />honored. This will be discussed at the next meetingo <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Thomas will be at the Charter Review Commission on.Ma.y 8.th and will take <br />any recommendations:that the members may have to that meeting. <br />Mr. Conway suggested that the members m'ight look at the codes regarding loading <br />zones since it might be better to require that they not be in the rear yard <br />in some instances. <br />VIII.
