BUILDING DEPARTMENl REQUESTS (CONTIN[TID): <br />4) Cablevision of Ohio, 26000 Lorain Road. - <br />Proposal to construct tower to support satellite dish that will . <br />provide cable services to the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ms. D. Cox, Public Relations Manager of Cablevision, advised <br />that their proposal should be withdrawn from the agenda. Mayor <br />Boyle explained that an agreement had been worked out so that <br />they will arrange, at their cost, to have the roofing contractor <br />work around their antenna. There might be a possibility that <br />temporarily they would have to mount it on the side of the <br />building, if for any reason the antenna would have to stay on <br />the side of the building; the proposal would have to return to <br />the Conunission. <br />V. COMM[JNICATIONS : <br />No items. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Gorris advised that Mr. Hill will be putting together all the <br />suggestions for the revised codes and will be submitting them to <br />both Council and the Commission for their review, probably when <br />they return from vacation. ? <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />The Conmiission will be discussing the new Mixed Use District <br />proposal at the next meeting. Mr. Thomas would like the members <br />to come to some type of consensus. <br />The members had previously decided to take August as a vacation <br />month. <br />IX.
