H, first line, change the word "rime" to time. <br />Pg. 117 - Section 1163.02 There are no exceptions for political or <br />fundraising signs. see Section 1-163.23 <br />Pg. 128 - Section 1163.12 (G) This section effectively eliminates <br />temporary signs. Mr. Hill stated council should decide what temporary <br />signs are permitted outside the building. <br />Pg. 133 - Section 1163.23 This section should include exceptions to the <br />ordinance such as political and fundraisers as decide by council: <br />In closing, while I have trouble with the layout of the definitions as <br />well as some specific definitions or lack of same, it would be better <br />to work with them for a period of time prior to making any changes.
