Mixed Use District B. Any of the uses defined in subsections 1, 2, and 3 <br />hereof shall be permitted. Additionally, the following business uses shall_ be permitted provid- <br />ed, however, that the plan of the development area meets all of the "requirements and restric- <br />tions set forth in this section and sections 1149.04 to 1149.07 and further provided that the <br />proposed use is approved by the Planning Commission, which shall determine whether it has <br />been integrated into the plan in such a manner as shall promote the intent and purposes of a <br />mixed use development. <br />- Offices-professional/business; <br />- Hotel; <br />- Banks and other financial institutions; <br />- Restaurant-freestanding full service; <br />- Restaurant/lounge within office building or hotel; <br />- Sale of boolcs, magazines, newspapers, tobacco products, drugs, <br />flowers; gifts and stationery within office building or hotel; <br />- Barber/beauty shop, travel agency within office building or hotel; <br />and <br />- Day care center. <br />1. Multiple Dwellings. There shall be permitted only the multiple dwelling <br />uses permitted in a Multiple Residence (Apartment) District subject to the same terms, provi- <br />sions, conditions and limitations imposed upon such uses by Chapter 1137 with the exception <br />that the height and story limitations imposed by section 1137.05 be increased to 45' above <br />grade level or four and one-half stories, whichever is lesser.
