2. ANY PLACE PROVIDING DANCING OR ENTERTAINMENT. <br />b. SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS FOR LOCAL OR NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDS, <br />BUT LIMITED TO BARBER SHOPS, BEAUTY SHOPS, CUSTOM TAILORS, LAUNDRY <br />OR DRY CLEANING AGENCIES WHERE NONE OF THE PROCESSING IS DONE ON <br />THE PREMISES, SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRIES AND DRY CLEANING OR SHOE <br />REPAIR SHOPS. _ <br />c. ANY OrTHER LOCAL RETAIL USE WHICH THE PLANriING COMMISSION <br />DETERMINES WILL PRIMARILY SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS OR <br />OFFICE TENANTS OF THE IVIIXED USE DISTRICT AND WHICH WILL NOT HAVE <br />AN ADVERSE IMPACT UPON THE DISTRICT' S REAL PROPERTY VALUES, AES- <br />THETICS, OR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PATTERNS. _ <br />E. Any land within the City of North Olmsted zoned Mixed Use before the adoption of <br />this Zoning Code sliall be hereinafter designated Mixed Use District A. <br />1149.04 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR MIXED USE DISTRICTS A, B AND C. ?- <br />A. Phased Development. A development area in a Mixed Use District <br />may be developed by phases if approverl by the Planning Commission. <br />B. Streets. Access and interior roads and streets shall be properly relat- <br />ed to any existing or planned public street so as to promote safety and minimize tiaffic conges- <br />tion. Dedication of interior roads for public use as the Planning Commission shall deem essen- <br />tial shall be a condition of approval of the plan. <br />C. General Setback.
