<br />i <br />1149.05 PARKING. <br />Required off-street parking shall be in accordance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 1161, except as otherwise provided below: <br />(a) Multiple Dwellings - two (2) spaces per unit, one (1) of which must <br />be encloserl. <br />(b) Elderly Housing - one-half (1/2) space ger. unit. (c) Cluster Single Family .- two (2) enclosed and attached spaces per unit. <br />All parlcing areas shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br />of the City Engineer, suitably screened with landscape planting, and adequately drained in such <br />a manner to prevent a runoff over adjoining property. <br />1149.06 LANDSCAPING. <br />All land areas not eovered by buildings, parking areas, driveways, <br />sidewalks, and other hard surface uses shall be improved with landscape plandng. The mini- <br />mum width of landscaped areas shall be 25 feet along each public street serving a Mixed Use <br />District. <br />1149.07 PRELIMINARY LAND USE PLAN. <br />A. MIXED USE DISTRICTS A. B AND C. The owner or owners of <br />any parcel of land of the minimum size required by section 1149.02 may submit to council a <br />preliminary land use plan for the use of all of such parcel of land. If such pazcel is part of a -'-' <br />contiguous undeveloped land belonging to the same owners, the preliminary plan shall include <br />all such undeveloped land. The preliminary plans shall set forth the proposed public streets <br />and azeas to be developed to specific land uses. Council shall,"upon the receipt of the prelim- <br />inary use plan, refer the plan to the Planning Commission for its recommendation.
