CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />LANDMARKS CONIMISSION <br />MINUTES-JANUARY 17, 1991 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />Present: B. Lord, C. Miller, R. Patterson, T. Smeraldi, D. Wilkins, J. Lang <br />Absent: L. Van Auken, P. Bahas <br />Minutes of the last meeting were approved 6-0. <br />COR.RESPONDANCE: <br />Read letter and explain the income tax to the members. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Announce that Mr. Russ Bierman, long-time representative to Landmarks Conunission from <br />Planning Commission was not reappointed. We will miss his local history. <br />Discussed expenses of 1990. We have to.try to find out who authorized many of these <br />expenses. <br />We will work on an assumed budget for 1991. <br />CDBG funding has been requested. jde are second on North Olmsted's list of projects. <br />Invite the Mayor to February 21, 1991 meeting to swear us in. Election of Officers <br />will be conducted in February. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Landmarks plaque was presented to M/M Rodriguiz. ' <br />Discussed and finalized the date of Landmarks Corrnnission "Grand Opening" meeting as <br />March 21, 1991 at 7:30 pem. in City Hall Council Chambers. Meeting is to consist of <br />business, information, and social with refreshments. <br />Application papers for the plaque have been forwarded to Mrs. Linda Simonski of <br />Kennedy Ridge Road. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br />The next Landmarks Conunission meeting will be held on February 21, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. <br />at Town Hall.
