'A <br />ti <br />Cuyahoga County Planning in conjunction with the master plan that they just voted <br />to approve, seconded by R. Bowen, and unanimously approved. At this point Mr. <br />Thomas ma.de a motion to recommend to Council and the administration that no <br />proposals for rezoning be approved until the Master Plan is approved, seconded by <br />L. Orlowski. Roll call on motion: Thomas, Orlowski, Bowen, Gorris, and Morgan, <br />yes. Mr. Skoulis, no. Motion carried. Mr. Gorris pointed out that when a rezoning <br />is presented to Planning Commission by Council, there is no notification to the <br />neighbors. <br />VIa COMNIITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Orlowski presented information received from the Ohio Planning Conference <br />Zoning Work Shop which he, Mr. Skoulis, and Mr. Thomas attended. Copies of this <br />information will be made for the other members including the new member. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />The election of officers will be held at the first meeting in January. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Members discussed the contract with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission. <br />Chairman Gorris reminded the members that the second meeting of every month will <br />be reserved for discussion of the master plan and will start at 7:00 p.m. There <br />will be no other business on the docket. <br />Mr. Gorris also requested that the Council appoint a new representative to serve <br />as a liaison for the master plan study. <br />Building Commissioner Conway explained that the Rini Store at West 231 would <br />like a change to the previously approved proposal for a green house addition. <br />They now would like a larger addition with a mansard instead of the green house <br />and 2 parking spaces will be eliminated. The members agreed that this proposal <br />should be heard formally at the January meeting. <br />A preliminary land use proposal will be referred from Council for the Biskind <br />Development Company, on the western most segment of parcel "B" (south side of <br />Country Club Boulevard. <br />A proposal for the Sherwin Williams Company parcel will be submitted, and will <br />be heard in February. <br />There will be no rieeting on December 24th. <br />IX o ADJOURNNIIINT : <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9e30 p.mo <br />? <br />B.
