Mr. Conway <br />pointed out that there is a handicapped involved here because the front of <br />the structure is partially behind two other buildings. Mr. Kalina, the sign <br />contractor stated the actual exterior froritage was only 55 feet, but the <br />interior width is over 100 feet. He stated that this sign will be in the <br />upper gable area where the previous box type sign was located. It will <br />consisist of individual illuminated red letters but will be slightly <br />different than the other signs in the center, since there will be a white <br />halo effect around the letters at night. The shopping center owner has <br />approved the sign. The members ha,d no objections. Mr. Ka.lina stated that <br />there are no plans to have any sign listing the movies that are playing. T. <br />Gallagher moved that the Great Northern Theatre sign be approved as <br />presented, seconded by Y. Sohn, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />V.
