Further that as part of this motion, <br />Planning Commission is restricting the approval af additional restaurants and/or <br />other retail establishments of any kind on Parcel "B" unless they are directly <br />related to the new development of additional offices and/or hotel buildings and <br />physically located within these other buildings as an accessory or auxiliary use, <br />because the alternative to adopting these restrictions on alloNving fr-ee standing <br />restaurants beyond the two tha.t have been submitted will, in effect, create a roiv <br />of restaurants that will ha,ve little physical and social integration with the <br />balance of the Mixed Use development on this parcel, second°d by Bosven, and <br />unanimously approved. T. Morgan moved that the Planning Commission recommends <br />that the signage as shown on the drawings for both Chili's and Macaroni Grill be <br />considered for approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals because of the fact that <br />they face two separate streets, seconded by J. Thomas. Roll call on motion: <br />Morgan, Thomas, and Bowen, yes. Gorris, Orlowski, and Skoulis, no. riotion failed <br />to pass. Chairman Gorris stated that the Board of Zoning appeals will have to <br />make its own decision. <br />ADJOURNMIIVT: <br />It was agreed to have a special meeting June 1st at 7:00 p.m. <br />B.
