<br />Director Gareau stated that the best way to get a message to the developer was to <br />start turning down all requests so he would loose tenants. He also why a <br />chiropractor would need this identification since others were in medical office <br />without large signs. After much discussion, it was decided that the Building <br />Commissioner would ask the owner of the shopping center to be present at the next <br />meeting. Mr. Briola agreed to continue the request. B. Grace moved to continue <br />the Affordable Chiropractic with the request that the Building Commissioner sent <br />a request to the developer, seconded by W. Purper, and unanimously approved. <br />Request continued. <br />9. Conrad's Auto Service, 4799 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to have 3 wall signs (one <br />allowed) (changing faces on two - one is new). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1163.12 (a). Also request 47.square foot variance for total sign area permitted <br />on a business building and 52 square foot vaxiance for total sign area allowed <br />for a business use. Violations of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11 (b) &(a). <br />Chairman Gomersall advised that the applicant had requested that this item be <br />continued tmtil the next meeting. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />7
