Violation of Ord.
90-125, Section 1135.02(c)la
Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was
administered to Mr. Moyse and Mrs. Golinski, an adjacent property owner. Mr.
Moyse advised that this was the first buildable lot south of the east bound
entrance ramp on I-480, on the east side of the road. Mrs. Golinski owns the
landlocked lot adjacent to his. The lot to the south is owned by the Murphey's
who sold him his lot, behi.nd him is a Cyprus Drive and it is heavily buffered
with trees, so his lot is basically secluded. He needs this for his classic cars
and for other equipment. Mrs. Golinski stated that there was a fictitious name on
the notice, since it said Morse i_nstead of Moyse (this was a typographical
error.) She maintains this address is not correct. He explained that this address
was just given to him by the City of North Olmsted. The address for Murphy was
not correct because there was no correct mailing address; these homes were taken
for the highway, and there are no mailing addresses for some of these properties.
Mr. Gomersall does not understand how this affects the pole barn. It was
explained that there is a garage attached to the dwelling and this is a separate
pole barn. Mr. Moyse showed Mrsa Golinski a plot plan. She had concerns because
he was cutting branches on her trees. Her other concerns were addressed: the
foundation on the property is for the house, for which a building permit has been
issued, not the pole barn, the house will be 6 feet away from her property line
with a one foot cantileverd overhang and S feet is required by code. Mr. Moyse
stated that his lot is 400 feet deep. She was advised to contact the Building
Department about his debris on her lot. J. Maloney moved to grant Geoffery E.
Moyse, 6275 Stearns Road, the request for a 1,026 square foot variance for garage
area to construct a pole barn (attached garage is on the dwelling), seconded by
W.
