Road mound. (Mr. Orlowski again suggested that the truck docks be relocated to <br />the south of the building). 2) Consider extending the landscaped mound east on <br />Mill Road to intensify the screenirig or, in any event, to increase screening on <br />Mill Road to lessen noise. 3) Landscape and add a pedestrian walkway to the <br />portion of the property fronting on Dover. 4) Consider cross easements with <br />McDonald's which will not divert traffic baek to eastern most drive. 5) Provide <br />complete drawings for sign.program to Building Gommissioner. 6) Provide a side <br />cut of the landscaped mound in the plans. 7) Before any final approval is given <br />to any cross access the other properties involved will submit a site plan to the <br />Building Department showing parking spaces eliminated to allow cross access. <br />Finally, request input from the Law Department regarding any potential problems <br />with cross easeinents, and what Planning Commission can do to assess the costs of <br />necessary upgrades to adjacent streets to minimize the costs to the city, <br />seconded by L. Orlowski, and unanimously approved. Mr. Gorris advised that the <br />next meeting would be July 27, 1993, the meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. and this <br />item will be discussed at 8:30 p.m. In reference to the cross easement <br />controversy, Mr. Thomas read his previous motion "....should try to incorporate a <br />shared traffic pattern among retail establishments along Lorain and-Dover Center <br />Road which have high traffic use." <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS ANID SUBDNISIONS : <br />No items. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Minor change letter from Building Commissioner Conway for two items. <br />Because of an error in the Cinnamon Woods development, one foundation was poured <br />only 22 feet from the road insteaa of 25 feet. Since this is a Mixed Use <br />Development the Commission must approve the set back. The members agreed to <br />accept this, but asked Mr. Conway to advise them that not to make any more <br />mistakes, because they would not be approved. <br />The Olive Garden Restaurant is <br />the dUmpster and it will not be <br />with this but asked that it be <br />Board. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No iter.is. <br />VII. NE1,1 BUSINESS : <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX. ADJOURN=: <br />requesting to put up a 6 by 10 foot shed next to <br />seen from Lorain Road.
