Mrs. Alston <br />abstained. Motion carried. During the motion, Mr. Gorris asked if any member <br />objected to sending through the rezoning proposals. Mrs. Alstan stated that she <br />was not familiar enough with the plan to make any recommendation. The other <br />members indicated that the rezonings should go forward. B. Gorris moved that a <br />legislative request should be drawn up for all parcels in Focus Area "B" and <br />passed on to the Law Department, and if the Law Department or any member has any <br />problems with it, they can discuss it at the next meeting, seconded by R. Tallon. <br />Roll call on motion: Gorris, Tallon, Orlowski, 0'Rourke, and Thomas, yes. Mrs. <br />Alston abstained. Motion carried. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Ord. 93-140: <br />Returned to Planning Commission for final approval. <br />It was noted that the Planning Commission had returned the legislation with <br />several suggestions, but had never actually approved it. Most of these <br />recommendations have been included. R. Tallon moved to approve Ord. 93-140, <br />seconded by L. Orlowski, imanimously approved. <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: (Heard at this point.) <br />Mr. Orlowski made several corrections to the minutes of January 25, 1994. <br />Qn Page 12, 27 lines from the bottom, after the word buffer insert: created by <br />the 100 foot setback to building requirement. Again page 12, 26 lines from the <br />bottom, after the word "setback" insert because the area south of the building is <br />only a paved parking/roadway area, then delete phrase in parentheses and the word <br />regardless. On page 12, 15 lines from the bottom, after "O.D.O.Te" insert: Mr. <br />Orlowski requested from Mr. Gorris a tabling of this meeting until a poll of the <br />residents could be taken, for their in ut on the location of the building. Mr. <br />Gorris suggested that the residents could take their concerns to the B.Z.A. <br />meeting. On page 13, 7 lines from the bottom, after the word "building" insert <br />position such that the building Ttrill be in front of, or north of, the Corporate <br />Center building and Corporate Center I parking lot. K. 0'Rourke moved to accept <br />the minutes of' January 25, 1994 as corrected, seconded by B. Gorris, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />J.
