Ernest Nemeth Lot Split and Consolidation Plat.
The Proposal is to re-subdivide permanent parcel numbers 233-25-1 and 233-25-2 (cunently one
parcel) into two (2) parcels, as had previously existed (approximately, but not exactly) before
consolidating in 1989 (Ernest & Edith Nemeth Lot Consolidation, Volu.me 246, Page 86,
Cuyahoga Cou.nty Map Records). Neither proposed sublot conforms to Zoning Code
requirements: insufficient area, sublot l and insufficient frontage, sublot 2. Zoning is Retail
Business, General, entirely for sublot 1 and split zoned for sublot 2(Retail Business General and
B-Residence, Single).
Withdrawn by the developer.
V. Gavin, attorney.
Petition from neighbors regarding the mound and fence.
VI. COMNIITTEE REPORTS:
No items.
VII. MIlNOR CHANGES:
Sea of Learning Day Care Center needs a conditional use permit to have a day care center and
permission to install the fence around the playground. Mr. Thomas believed that the city needed day care centers. Mr. Tallon hadno problem
with it and Mr. Orlowski wanted to make sure the crosswalk is marked. Mr. Conway advised that
there were no deliveries made in back, but trucks did empty the dwnpsters there. After an
informal vote, the members could not agree and requested that this be sent on to council.
Red Robin has changed their original request for an atrium, and they want a red standing seam
metal roof. It was agreed to send this on the A.R.B. to be reviewed informally.
VIII. NEW BUSINESS:
The Mayor had mentioned a new zoning classification, but none of the members have received
any infonnation.
Since the elections will be the same night as the November 8th meeting, the members decided to
cancel the meeting. IX. OLD BUSINESS:
Ord. 94-95
This was not discussed at this time.
X. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 p.m

B.
