ROLL CALL: <br />Vice Chairman Orlowski called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m <br />Present: D. Cameron-Alston, R. Koeth (new member), T. Mauning (new member), P. Miller, <br />K. O'Rourke, and.L. Orlowski. <br />Mr. Tallon arrived during the executive session. <br />Also Present: City Engineer Deichmann, and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />P. Miller moved to approve the minutes of N??er 25, 19th 1994 as submitted, seconded by <br />Mrs. O'Rourke, and unanimously approved.? ?'?? <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />No items. <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />L) Yehlik, Donelan, Carroll Lot Split & Assembly Plat. <br />The proposal is to split off the rear portion (100 feet) of Permanent Parcel No. 232-29-11 <br />(located on the east side of Canterbury Road) and join it to the rear-abutting Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 232-29-24 and 232-29-25 (located on the west side of Shelly Drive). Zoning is "A" <br />Residence, Single, entirely and the proposal conforms to Zoning Code Requirements for frontage <br />and area. <br />Mrs. Donelan, owner of a lot facing Shelly Drive, explained that her lot backed up to Mrs. <br />Yehlik's and she was buying a 100 by 70 foot portion of the rear which is to be attached to rear <br />of her lot to add to the depth of it. Mr. Carroll, also on Shelly Drive, advised that he too was <br />purchasing a 100 by 70 foot section to attach to his lot. City Engineer Deichmann advised that the <br />lots will meet all zoning requirements, but he cautioned that there was an existing swale easement <br />at the existing rear property line of both the Donelan and Canoll properties, and this easement <br />will remain, but it will not be at the rear line after the assembly. Mr. Orlowski cautioned that the <br />swale should be left as is for drainage. Mr. Donelan advised Mr. Miller that she had no future <br />plans to build on this portion of the lot. P. Miller moved to forward the Yehlik, Donelan,. Carroll <br />Lot Split and Assembly Plat on to Council for approval of the proposal to split off the rear <br />portion (100 feet) of Permanent Parcel No. 232-29-11 (located on the east side of Canterbury <br />Road) and joint it to the rear abutting Permanent Parcel Nos. 232-29-24 and 232-29-25 (located <br />on the west side of Shelly Drive). Zoning is "A" Residence, Single, entirely, seconded by T. <br />Manning, and unanimously approved. <br />2) Water Tower Square Subdivision & Consolidation Plat. <br />The proposal is to consolidate Perinanent Parcel Nos. 232-9-36 and 37, 232-12-2,4, and 5; 232- <br />13-10, 11 and 15; and part of 232-12-1 into one (1) parcel, which is the site ofthe proposed <br />Water Tower Square.
