Sohn moved to approve the changes as <br />suggested by the architect: that there could be a 32 to 4 foot high concrete <br />block wainscot, but the three elevations (except the east elevation) should be <br />brick masonry walls up to the accent ba.nd (about 10 feet high) the brick could <br />stop on the south elevation about 40 feet from left end (at the start of the <br />steel preset forms). Ztao feature wall above the entrance on the west elevation <br />should be raised up to 4 feet or height to give a strong architectural statement. <br />In other words to break up the monotonous horizontal line and to emphasize the <br />central location of the entrances. The colors of the brick should match the <br />colors as presented, and should stay in the same tones. Tne samples of the brick <br />and an elevatian should be presented to the Planning Commission and forwarded to <br />the Board for approval. Also the previous recommendations for the brick wall <br />should be considered part of this motion, seconded by B. Zergott, and unanimously <br />approved. After the motion, Mr. SoYin clarified that the brick should be <br />installed up to the accent band and 4 feet of height should be added over the <br />entrances. <br />VI.
