Building
Coimnissioner Conway advised that Mr. Kukura has now added one step, and after walkiug them
the inspector had advised that there was not a noticeable difference especially since there are only
tlu-ee steps, had there been more repetitions, it might have been a problem A permit was taken
out originally, but the problem with the steps was found during the final inspection. Mr. Kukura
explaiued that tlus is a very old house, is higla off the ground , and they had not figured this out
until the floor was installed in the addition. Since the family rooin is
carpeted and wall papered, it would be almost impossible to coi7ect tlus without destroying the
work that has been done. Mr. Kazak stated that the steps do not - seem to be a big problem, but
the headroom might be.
