ri <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMIIUSSION <br />MINUTES - FEBRUARY 28, 1995 <br />1. ROLL CALL: <br />Vice Chairman Manning called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m: <br />Present: D. Cameron-Alston, R. Koeth, T. Manning, and K. O'Rourke <br />Absent: R. Tallon <br />Also Present:. Assistant Law Director Dubelko, Assistant City Engineer McDermott, and Clerk of <br />Commissions Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF NIINUTES: <br />R. Koeth moved to accept the minutes of February 14, 1994 as presented, seconded by Ms. Cameron-Alston <br />and unanimously approved. <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: (Heard at this point) <br />Hennie Homes, Inc.: Block "A" Lot Split. <br />The proposal is to split block "A" of the recorded (volume 262, Page 50) Cinnamon Woods Dedication Plat <br />into three (3) residential lots. Location is the west side of Barton Road abutting Olmsted Township at the <br />North Olmsted south corporate line, and abutting the east properry line of Cinnamon Woods Development <br />Zouing is `B" Residence, Single, entirely, recently re-zoned by Ord. 93-155. Variance (frontage, parcel3) <br />granted by Board of Zoning A.ppeals December 14, 1994) makes proposal conform to the Zoning Code <br />Requirements. <br />Mr. Elliott, represented the developers. The members had seen this previously and had no problem with the <br />request. T. Manning moved to accept the Hennie Home, Inc. Continuation of Olmsted Plaza at Fleharty and LorainRoad. <br />Proposal to replace existing single family home and existing commercial building with a new retail <br />development. An assembly of lots will be requ.ired. Heard by Planning Commission January 10, 1995. <br />Heard by Board of Zoning Appeals February 2, 1995. <br />Mr. Mongello, architect, Mr. Glazier, owner, and Mr. ` McKee, properiy manager, presented plans. Mr. <br />Mongello presented the colored rendering of the property and explained that after several changes, the <br />Board of Zoning AppeaLs approved the variances. One drive on Lorain and the drive on Fleharty have been <br />eliminated, the build.ing has been down sized in order to construct an expanded drive between the two
