Boyle, Mayor <br />City of North Olmsted <br />5206 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 4070-3129 <br />Attn: Paul Deichmann, City Engineer <br />Re: CUY-252-3.65, Right of Way Parcel 1044 & 1045 <br />CUY-10/17/252-0.00/0.00/3.93 (PID 7561); SR 10 @ SR 252 Signal <br />Dear Mr. Deichmann: <br />Reference is made to the attached letter dated July 9, 1994, received from the John Knox <br />Presbyterian Church requesting approval to utilize Sta.te of Ohio property on the north side of the <br />Lorain Road (SR 10)/Great Northern Boulevard (SR 252) intersection for driveway access purposes <br />on subject project. <br />As discussed at our meeting at the site on July 20, 1994, with church representatives the Department <br />has no objections with the concept plan presented for safety reasons and is amenable to granting a <br />temporary permit or joint use agreement to utilize this property subject to the following:. <br />' 1. The drive access plan is acceptable to the City of North Olmsted. <br />2. All work will be done at no cost to the State of Ohio. <br />3. The plans for subject signalization project, previously prepared by Traff-Pro <br />Consultants, are modified to reflect changes required to accommodate the north <br />side approach. Additional signal work incorporated into the proposed <br />signalization improvement mav be eligible for normal Federal participation <br />subject to completion of a traffic study for this intersection. <br />Two (2) copies of the M&R 505 Permit Application form along with three (3) copies of the <br />proposed, accepted plan should be submitted by John Knox Officials to the District Office Attn: Mr. <br />James Marszal,'Maintenance Engineer, for our further processing as soon as possible.
