vandalism has decreased. They will direct the light so that they do not shine into the neighbors
yards and the new lights can be controlled better. Mrs. Crone, who lives behind the existing
building, advised that she and her husband are in favor of board on board fence, because they are
tired of the students who cut through and the debris that is there. R Koeth moved the North
Olmsted Board of Education 27463 Butternut Ridge Road, request for a conditional use permit
to construct a service garage and office for school buses in a residential district to be located on
Middle School property, 60 feet south of existing multi-service building be forwarded to the
B.Z.D. committee with the following recommendations: we would like to attach the
recommendations made by Mr. Wendell, the city forester especially about putting up temporary
fences around the root zones to protect the trees and preserve the oak tree that is behind the
property and request that the developers contact the forester to work with him about putting
hemlock trees underneath the pines that are presently there; we would also recommend the wood
on wood fence which would be more aesthetically pleasing and would appear to be safer to
residents as recommended at the previous meeting, the length of which should extend from the
first lot from Northem Avenue to lut 107; we would also like to make sure that the lighting that is
recommended will stay on the premises; and that the drainage plan must be directed to the
Engineering Department after the survey is taken. The motion was seconded by K O'Rourke, and
unavimously approved.
N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS:
No items.
V. COMMUNICATIONS:
No items.
VI.
