MINOR CHANGES: . <br />Building Commissioner Conway had a minor change for Designer Shoe Warehouse, located on Great <br />Northern Boulevard at the previous Baker's Fauniture unit, and are requesting to put some I)ryvit <br />material along the top of the bu.ilding which will be in an adobe color (a light tan) and will be removing <br />one mullion. They also would like to cover the soldier course of brick with Dryvit at the sidewalk <br />level, but since Dryvit can easily be damaged, Mr. Conway has some concern with the latter request. <br />The members agreed that the brick should remain at the bottom, but there is no problem with the <br />Dryvit on the top aud removing the mullion. <br />A Child's View Day Care Center is expanding its facility to include an infant room in the center, but <br />since the use is changing an additional conditional use permit would be required. There will be no <br />change to the structure. The building codes will require some internal fireproofing. A. Manning <br />moved to approve the conditional use of Child's View Day Care Center, 24064 Lorain Itoad, <br />provided that they meet all the state and city requirements, seconded by R. Koeth. Roll call on motion: <br />Manuing, Koeth, Cameron-Alston, Brennan, and Herbster, yes. Mrs. O'Rourke, no. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. O'Rourke explained that she had voted against this originally and could not vote for the <br />exp ansiou. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />X.
