MINOR CHANGES: <br />The school administration has requested a. change in the fence behind the their new bus garage. Mr. <br />Tallon noted that part of the property would not be fenced-off from the home owners. The members <br />agreed that this should be heard formally so the residents can be notified. The forester is in favor of <br />some of the changes because it would save the trees. Mr. Tallon believed that the fence could be <br />realigned to miss the trees. <br />Building Commissioner Conway also had a minor change for a light on an Illuminating Company pole, <br />but since the commission has traditionally disapproved these, he intended to just advise them to put the <br />lights on the property. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. _X. OLD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />ChaimLan_ Tallon would like a committee to go over the Zoning Codes in light of Mr. Bower's <br />comments at the last meeting. It will also be necessary to review the Master Plan since it was submitted <br />four years ago. It was decided that the committee would begin meeting in February. Mr. Herbster, Mr. <br />Manning, and Mr. Koeth, volunteered to look into both of these, and Assistant Law Director Dubelko <br />and Mr. Conway should also be included in the discussions. <br />X.
