The members believed that it would have to be removed.
The members discussed the plans individually. Mr. Dubelko stated that if there had been an easement,
the city should have vacated it when they sold the property. It was determined that the easement ends
with the property line so the easement would probably be vacated by the city. B. Tallon moved to
accept the Prelimiuary Plan of Beau.mount Place to subdivide PexYnanent Parcel Numbers: 231-26-12,
231-26-15, and part of 231-26-89 into nineteen (19) single family residential sublots. Location is north
of Gessner Road and west of Beaumont Drive. Zoning is C-Residence, single entirely. Note that
Permauent Parcel Number 231-26-89 is currently landlocked and the proposal, which includes part of
this parcel, leaves the balance of the parcel still landlocked and non-conforming. All other proposed
sublots conform to zoning code requirements for frontage and area. The Commission requests that the
developer ask the owner of the landlocked parcel to assemble it with their other parceL The motion was
seconded by A. Manning, and unanimously approved. It was clarified that they would ma,intain as many
trees as possible, but some would have to be removed for the retention system A neighbor, speaking
from the audience, asked the developer to mow the lawn occasionally before construction starts.
Councilmau Lind advised that this is just the first hearing, that there will be another hearing. Mr. Tallon
will ask the forester to look at the tree lawn in order to save as many trees as possible.
V. COMMiJNICATIONS:
No items.
VI.
